凤丹牡丹花精油化学成分分析

摘    要:目的明确凤丹牡丹花精油化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取,GC/MS分离定性,面积归一化法定量。结果经计算机检索和人工推测共鉴定出27种化合物。结论菏泽凤丹牡丹花含有诱虫烯,肉豆蔻酸乙酯,杜鹃酮,4-苯基-4,4a,5,6,7,8-六氢-2(3H)-萘酮等成分,其甜香气味可能来自这些成分。

Determination of Components of Volatile Oil in Paeonia ostii Flower by GC-MS

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To analysis the components of volatile oil in Petals of drying paeonia ostii flower. Methods Extracted by water steam distillation and analyzed by GC/MS, and their relative contents(in %)were found by the method of normalization. Results 27 compounds were identified. Conclusion The main compoundwere 9-Tricosene,(Z)-,Ethyltridecanoat,GerMacrone,2(3H)-Naphthalenone,4,4a,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-4-phenyl-,which were may forming the sweet and fragrant characteristic of Paeonia ostii Flower.
