川丹滴丸的成型工艺与优化

摘    要:目的:探讨川丹滴丸的最佳成型工艺,便于工业化生产。方法:应用滴丸机生产川丹滴丸,以丸的圆整度、丸质量、丸质量变异系数为综合评定指标,采用因素对比筛选最佳工艺。结果:以聚乙二醇4000:聚乙二醇6000(3:1)为基质,液体石腊为冷却剂,将滴丸机制冷温度调至6℃、油浴温度调至82℃,药液温度82℃,滴盘温度88℃,滴距8 cm,管口温度调至50℃,滴速每分钟80滴,制得的滴丸圆整度好、重量差异小、溶散时间短。结论:优化的工艺有很好的可重复性和操作性,制备的川丹滴丸质量稳定,便于制剂生产。

Abstract:Objective:To study the best molding process and optimization of Chuandan dropping pill,is advantageous for the industrializa-tion production. Methods:sichuan Dan dropping pill dropping pill machine production,the roundness of the to pill,pill weight,weight coefficient of variation for the comprehensive evaluation index,the factors can be compared to the best technology screening. Results:with polyethylene glycol(peg)4000: polyethylene glycol 6000(3: 1)as matrix,liquid paraffin as the coolant,the temperature of cold dropping mechanism to 6℃,oil bath temperature to 82℃,liquid temperature 82℃,drip tray temperature 88℃,drops from 8 cm,noz-zle temperature to 50 ℃,speed of 80 per minute drops,dropping pill of good roundness,weight difference is small,soluble powder time is short. Conclusion:the optimized process has good repeatability and operational,preparation of sichuan Dan dropping stable quality, easy to preparation production.
