欧洲越橘提取物制剂缓解视疲劳的功效研究

目的考察欧洲越橘提取物制剂缓解视疲劳的功效。方法选择102例符合标准的成人受试者,分为两组,采用双盲法分别口服受试物及安慰剂40天,检查视疲劳症状,测定明视持久度及视力水平。比较试食组与对照组在试验前后的功效性指标和安全性指标的变化。结果试食组眼部疲劳症状与自身比较、与对照组比较都有显著减轻(P0.05);试食组明视持久度与对照组比较有显著提高(P0.05);试食组视力水平与对照组比较无明显变化(P0.05)。受试者各项安全性指标均未见明显变化。结论欧洲越橘提取物复合制剂能够明显缓解视疲劳。

Study on the Effect of Vaccinium Myrtillus Extract Preparation on ReliefAsthenopia

Objective To study the function of Vaccinium myrtillus Extract Preparation on relief asthenopia. Methods 102 adult cases of applicable were selected and were divided into two groups. Double-blind method was used. Their signs of asthenopia ,visuognosis persistence and myopia were measured after taking subject and placebo respectively for 40 days. Changes of the functional and the safety indicators were compared between normal control groups（NCG） and trial groups（TG） before and after the experiment . Results The symptoms of asthenopia of TG were significantly alleviated compared with those of the initial TG and NCG（P〈0.05）. Visuognosis persistence of TG were significantly improved compared with NCG（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious change in visual acuity compared with NCG（P〉0.05）. The safety indicators of the subjects were normal. Conclusion The Vaccinium myrtillus Extract Preparation can obviously relieve the symptoms of asthenopia.
