归脾汤合逍遥散治疗便秘型肠易激综合征临床研究

目的：观察归脾汤合逍遥散治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择符合纳入标准的便秘型肠易激综合征患者96例，随机分为两组，治疗组48例，采用归脾汤和逍遥散加减治疗，对照组48例，给予莫沙必利胶囊治疗，4周为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93.7%和77.0%，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05），两组间腹痛、排便频率和大便性状等主要症状改善比较，有显著性差异（ P〈0.05）。结论：归脾汤合逍遥散加减治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效满意。

Clinical Research of Guipi Decoction Combined with Xiaoyaosan in Treating Constipation Type of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Guipi Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan in treating constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods：96 patients with constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 ca-ses in each group. The treatment group was treated with Guipi Decoction and Xiaoyaosan. The control group was given Mosapride cap-sule,4 weeks as one course. Observed the curative effect after 1 course of treatment. Results：The effective rate were 93. 7% in treatment group and 77. 0% in control group,there was significant difference in efficacy between the two groups（P＆lt;0. 05）. There was significant difference between two groups of main symptoms of abdominal pain,stool frequency and stool character improvement（P＆lt;0. 05）. Con-clusion：Guipi Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan in treating constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome has curative effect.
