| 摘 要： | 目的利用高效液相色谱法建立安徽道地药材凤丹的指纹图谱,对不同采收期的凤丹进行质量研究和确定合适采收时间。方法采用HPLC梯度洗脱技术进行分离分析,采用Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm),流动相采用乙腈-0.1%甲酸,流速为1.0 m L/min,紫外检测器(λ=254 nm),柱温35℃。结果不同采收期的4年生凤丹HPLC指纹图谱之间有19个共有指纹峰,大多数的峰可以达到较好的分离效果,建立的HPLC指纹图谱具有较高的重现性。结论建立的凤丹的HPLC指纹图谱方法稳定、可靠,可以对不同采收期的道地药材凤丹进行质量鉴别和控制,最佳采收期为每年9月至11月。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Geo-herbs Cortex Moutan in Anhui for quality control and best harvesting times. Methods HPLC was carried out under the conditions as follows： Diamonsil C18（4.6mm×250mm） at 35℃, using a mixed mobile phase composed of acetionitrile and 0.1% formic acid, with 1.0 mL.min-l of the flow rate ,detection wavelength at 254nm. Results Fingerprints consisted of 19 common characteristic peaks.Most peaks can be separated effectively. The established HPLC fingerprint has a better repeatability. Conclusion This method is stable,reliable and provides a scientific basis for quality control of Cortex Moutan（in Anhui）.The best harvesting times is form September to November of a year. |
