中药结肠水疗治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻临床研究

目的：观察中药结肠水疗治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：86例术后粘连性肠梗阻患者随机平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规生理盐水水疗,观察组给予自拟＂化瘀破结汤＂结肠水疗,连续治疗5 d为1个疗程,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间及气液平面消失时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组有效率（95.3%）明显高于对照组（81.4%）,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=6.205,P=0.031）。结论：中药结肠水疗治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻可迅速解除肠腔梗阻、恢复肠道功能,可提高保守治疗效果、降低手术率。

Clinical Research on Herbal Colon Hydropathy in Treating Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction after Surgery

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of herbal colon hydropathy in treating adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery.Methods： 86 cases with adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each group for 43 cases. And two groups were treated with self-made stasis-dissolving decoction colon hydropathy and conventional normal saline hydropathy. 5 days as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results： The disappearing time of abdominal pain,evacuation time of anus,and disappearing time of gas-fluid level in the observation group was evidently shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group（ 95. 3%） was evidently higher than that of the control group（ 81. 4%）（ χ^2= 6. 205,P = 0. 031）,which had statistical significance. Conclusion： Applying herbal colon hydropathy to treat adhesive intestinal obstruction after surgery not only can rapidly remove intestinal obstruction and recovery intestinal functions,but also can improve the conservative treatment effect and reduce the surgical rate.
