原发性骨质疏松症中医证候与骨折相关性分析

目的：探讨骨质疏松症中医证候分布情况及与骨折之间的关系。方法：对320例原发骨质疏松症患者进行中医辨证,统计骨折发生率,并进行证候评分。结果：320例患者中肝肾不足证占6.88%,脾肾两虚组证20.62%,脾肾两虚兼血瘀证占72.50%,各证候发病率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;脾肾两虚证与肝肾不足证骨折发生率比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,脾肾两虚兼血瘀证骨折发生率显著高于肝肾不足证及脾肾两虚证骨折的发生率（P〈0.05）;脾肾两虚兼血瘀证积分显著高于其余两证（P〈0.05）;三证间骨密度比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：脾肾两虚兼血瘀证是原发性骨质疏松症的高发证候,同时伴有较高的骨折发病率。

Research on Distribution of Chinese Syndrome Types in Patients with Prmiary Osteoporosis and Its Relationship with Bone Fracture

Objective： To study the distribution of Chinese syndrome types in patients with prmiary osteoporosis and its relationship with bone fracture. Methods： Analyzed Chinese syndrome types differentiation,symptom marking and their incidence of bone fracture of 320 patients with POP. Results： In 320 cases of patients,liver-kidney deficiency syndrome type in 6. 88%,spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome type in 20. 62%,spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type in 72. 50%,the difference of partition between these types was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The difference of bone fracture rate between liver-kidney deficiency syndrome and spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome was no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type has the highest rate of bone fracture rate and symptom marking compared with the other groups（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 05）. The bone density scan has no significant difference among them（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the high incidence syndrome of primary osteoporosis,meanwhile,with higher bone fracture rate.
