摘    要:目的研究D101大孔吸附树脂纯化凤尾草总黄酮的工艺。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,考察大孔吸附树脂纯化凤尾草总黄酮的最佳工艺。结果 D101型大孔树脂对凤尾草总黄酮的静态饱和吸附量为11mg·g-1,粗提物中凤尾草总黄酮的含量为46.45%,经大孔树脂纯化后凤尾草总黄酮的含量为65.31%,得率67.11%。

Research on Enrichment of Total Flavonoids from Pteris multifida by Macroporous Absorption Resin

Abstract:Objective To research the enrichment technology of total flavonoids from Pteris multifida by D 101 resin. Methods With the content of total flavonoids as response value, the purification technology by D 101 resin was investigated. Results The static saturation absorption of total flavonoids from Pteris multifida by D 101 resin was 1 lmg.g-1. The content of total flavonoids was 46.45% in crude extract from Pteris multifida, and 65.31% after purification by D101 resin. The purification yield was 67.11%. Conclusion Using D101 resin to enrich and purify total flavonoids from Pteris multifida is feasible.
