摘    要:目的:建立抗眩颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:以甲醇-0.1磷酸溶液(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为250 nm。理论板数按葛根素峰计算应不低于1 000。结果:葛根素浓度在12~120 mg·L^-1范围内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.63%。结论:高效液相色谱法测定抗眩颗粒中葛根素的含量,操作简单、重复性好,可作为抗眩颗粒的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish method for the determination of puerarin in Kang Xuan Particles. Methods: Methanol with 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution( 25∶75) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Number of theoretical plates by puerarin peak calculation should not be less than 1000. Results: Puerarin concentration in the range of 12- 120 μg ·mL^-1 range,the peak area and the concentration of a good linear relationship,the average rate of recovery is 99. 63%. Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of Resistance to dizzy particles of puerarin content,simple operation,good reproducibility,can be used as the quality control method of Resistance to dizzy particles.
