加味归脾汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘临床观察

目的：观察加味归脾汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法：106例结肠慢传输型便秘患者,按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组56例给予加味归脾汤治疗,对照组50例采用麻仁胶囊治疗。2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后休息3 d,连服2～5个疗程。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为96.4%和70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组在排便间隔时间、排便费力改善方面明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：加味归脾汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of Modified Guipi Decoction in Treating Colonic Slow Transit Constipation

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Guipi Decoction in treating colonic slow transit constipation. Methods： 106 patients were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in the treatment group were treated by Guipi Decoction,50 cases in the control group by Maren capsule. 2 weeks as one course of treatment,resting 3 days after one course of treatment,and take 2- 5 courses of treatment. Results： The treatment group and the control group the total effective rate were 96. 4% and 70. 0%,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group in the defecation interval,defecate arduous improved significantly better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of modified Guipi Decoction in treating colonic slow transit constipation is satisfactory.
