滑膜炎汤联合金黄散治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎临床研究

目的：观察滑膜炎汤联合金黄散治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：选择中医辨证为气滞血瘀证患者186例，随机分为治疗组与对照组。所有患者均给以卧床休息，急性期冷敷，肿胀甚积液（血）多者给予无菌操作下穿刺抽取积液并加压包扎；3 d后，给予非负重情况下膝关节功能锻炼，直至负重锻炼以及膝关节功能恢复等基础治疗。对照组66例，在基础治疗上加用双氯酚酸钠肠溶片，每日50 mg，每日2次，口服。治疗组120例，在基础治疗上加用滑膜炎汤，每日1剂。金黄散与蜂蜜适量，调成糊状，外敷患处，每日1次。两组均以10 d为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效。结果：①两组有效率比较：治疗组120例，治愈82例，好转30例，无效8例，有效率为93.33%；对照组66例，治愈28例，好转24例，无效14例，有效率为78.79%；两组比较有显著性差异（χ2=8.638，P=0.003）。②两组不良反应比较：对照组出现胃部不适或疼痛6例，可以忍受，未停止治疗；对照组出现胃部轻度不适5例，膝关节皮肤轻度红、痒3例，均未影响治疗。结论：滑膜炎汤联合金黄散治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效满意。

Clinical Research of Synovitis Joint Golden Soup Treatment of Traumatic Synovitis of Knee

Objective：To observe the joint synovitis soup golden scattered clinical curative effect for the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods：186 patients with TCM syndrome of qi and blood stasis,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All patients were given to stay in bed,and acute phase of the cold,swelling of the effusion（ blood）very much to give draws effu-sion puncture under aseptic operation and compression bandage;Three days later,give the knee joint functional exercise load case,until the weight-bearing exercise,foundation treatment such as knee function recovery. Control group of 66 cases in the treatment on the basis of chlorine phenol acid sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,50 mg per day,oral,twice a day. The treatment group 120 exam-ples,in the foundation treatment with synovitis soup,daily 1 agent. Golden powder and honey right amount,tune into a paste,topical fo-cus area,1 times a day. Both groups with 10 d for a period of treatment,the curative effect after 2 courses of statistics. Results：（1）two groups of efficient comparison：the treatment group 120 examples,cure 82 cases,improvement in 30 cases,8 no effect,the effective rate was 93. 33%;Control group of 66 patients were cured,28 cases,improvement in 24 cases,14 cases ineffective,the effective rate was 78. 79%;Comparing the two groups have significant difference（chi-square= 8. 638,P=8. 638）.（2）compare two groups of adverse re-actions,the control group in 6 cases of stomach discomfort or pain,can endure,not to stop treatment;The control group showed mild dis-comfort of the stomach in 5 cases,knee slightly red,itchy skin,3 cases,did not affect treatment. Conclusion：joint synovitis soup golden effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.
