经乳晕双环法切口垂乳巨乳整复术

目的：为了减轻垂乳巨乳整复术后的瘢痕，探索经乳晕双环切口方法的优越性。方法：对患者进行相宜的双环设计，切除适量的乳腺脂纺组织，对松弛的乳腺组织行放射状横褥式折叠缝合塑形。结果：本组21例，双侧乳房组织切除量约0．7～1．6kg。除1例因张力过大而出现3cm切口愈合不良外，余均瘢痕不显，外形满意。结论：经乳晕双环切口是矫治垂乳和巨乳的良好方法，有着更广阔的应用前景。

Plastic operation of applying the bi-loop method for slack and giant breast

Objective To probe the superiority of by areola mammae bi-loop method on lightening the sacr after plastic operation of the slack and giant breast. Methods To excise appropriate breast and fat tissue, fold and suture the slack breast tissue with radial transverse mattress through suitable bi-loop design. Results In 21 cases, to excise 0.7~1.6kg tissue of both breasts. The one had appeared a 3cm unhealthy for over tenston, the others had satisfied contour without marked scar. Conclusion Plastic operation of applying by areola mammae the bi-loop method was good on rectifying slack and giant breast. It has a broad prospect.
