进口与国产头孢呋辛治疗下呼吸道感染成本-效果分析

目的：评价进口与国产头孢呋辛治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果。方法：对68例下呼吸道感染患者分别应用进口与国产头孢呋辛进行治疗，观察疗效，并应用药物经济成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果：两组成本分别为1459．60元、789．60元（P〈0．05）：有效率分别为94．12％、91．18％（P〉0．05）；成本-效果比分别为15．51、8．66；进口组相对于国产组的增量成本-效果比2227．82。结论：国产头孢呋辛是更经济的选择。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of imported and domestic cefuroxime in lower respiratory infection

Objective:To evaluate the cost-effectieness of imported and domestic cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory infection.Methods:68 patients with lower respiratory infection were ascribed to receive imported or domestic cefuroxime sodium respectively,the curative effects of the drugs were monitored and avalluated by cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The costs of two groups were 1 459.60 yuan and 789.60 yuan respectively,with significant difference between them(P>0.05);The effective rates were 94.12% and 91.18% respectively without significant difference between them(P>0.05);The cost-effectiveness ratios were 15.51 and 8.66 respectively;And the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of the improrted group vs.the domestic group was 227.82.Conclusion:Demestic cefuroxime sodium is a more econonical choice.
