| 摘 要： | 卵巢癌仍然是妇科恶性肿瘤疾病的主要死亡原因,并且大部分卵巢恶性肿瘤来自于卵巢表面上皮细胞。众多流行病学证据表明雌孕激素与卵巢癌的发生有关。本文旨在通过孕激素与卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤关系的阐述,更多的了解孕激素与卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤的关系及应用孕激素治疗卵巢肿瘤的可能作用机制。

| Abstract: | Ovarian carcinoma continues to be the leading cause of death in malignant cancer of gynecology,which is almost derived from the ovarian surface epithelium.Epidemiological evidence strongly suggests that estrogen and progesterone is implicated in ovarian carcinogenesis.In this article,we summarized the relationship between progesterone and ovarian epithelial cancer in order to further recognition of their relationship and the possible mechanism about the application of progesterone in treating ovarian carcinoma. |
