| 摘 要： | 分析了１６０例脑出血患者的预后，提示脑出血的部位、血肿量与血肿破入脑室有密切关系，脑内血肿量与中线结构移位呈正相关；脑出血破入脑室的手术预后与出血部位密切相关。血肿侵入脑室系统的范围、出血量及其存在状态是影响患者预后的重要因素。手术清除血肿及脑室内积血，改善脑脊液循环是治疗脑出血破入脑室的关键。

| Abstract: | One hundred and sixty cases of intracerebral hemorrhage and the factors affecting their prognosis were analysed. The bleeding position and volume of the intracerebral hemorrhage closely correlated with the invasion of the ventricles by the hemorrhage, the volume of the intracerebral hemorrhage had a positive relation with the shift of midline structures. The postoperative prognosis mainly related with the position of bleeding. The range, volume and condition of the intraventricular hemorrhage greatly affected the prognosis of the disease. Removing of intracerebral and intravintricular hemorrhage and improving of cerebrospinal fluid circulation were the key of treatments in the cases. |
