| 摘 要： | 本文报告我院对8例成人型多囊肾施行同种异体肾移植的经验和体会。结果表明一年人/肾存活率为75％。讨论了①是否应该对这些病人施行肾移植?②术前肾切除对肾移植效果的影响;③多囊肾行肾移植后感染等并发症问题。

| Abstract: | From 1987 to 1994, 8 renal transplants were performed in the patients with end-stage renal failure due to autosomal domininant polycystic disease (ADPKD). Overall patients and graft survival were 75 percent at 1 year. It is discussed that : (1) Should renal transplant be offered to ADPKD patients? (2) Effect of nephrectomy prior to transplantation, (3) Do renal graft-recipients with ADPKD have significant morbidity and mortality? |
