尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者疗效分析

目的：探讨尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法：选取我院在2015年2月-2015年7月期间收治的62例稳定性心绞痛患者，随机将患者分为两组，对照组与治疗组，每组31例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗组患者则加以尼可地尔治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的治疗有效率（90.32%）明显高于对照组（70.19%），差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用尼可地尔治疗稳定性心绞痛患者，效果显著，值得临床推广与应用。

Analysis on the curative effect of nicorandil in patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nicorandil in patients with stable angina. Methods:62 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris treated in our hospital during July-2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, 31 cases in each group. The control group were given routine treatment, the patients in the treatment group were treated with nicorandil, the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results:the effective rate of treatment group (90.32%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.19%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with stable angina pectoris, nicorandil treatment effect is significant, worthy of promotion and application.
