| 摘 要： | 神经营养因子能够从多方面对抗神经损伤并促进损伤后神经元的修复,以神经营养因子为切入点,治疗神经元损伤疾病具有广阔的前景。但其存在半衰期短,不能透过血脑屏障等问题。近年来,中药通过对神经营养因子调控在促进中枢神经再生的研究方面取得了一定进展。通过对国内外学者关于神经营养因子在神经损伤中的研究结果及中药或其有效成分及中药复方对神经营养因子调节作一综述,为深入研究开发治疗神经性疾病的药物提供参考。

| Abstract: | Neurotrophic factors can antagonize nerve damage and promote neurons repair after injury. Regarding neurotrophic factors as a starting point to the treat neuronal damage diseases has broad prospects. Therefore, this paper reviewed on domestic and foreign research programs of neurotrophic factors in nerve injury, and some single Chinese herb effective components of traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese herbal compound in neurotrophic factors regulation, in order to provide a reference for further research and development of drugs to treat neurological disorders. |
