颏下动脉岛状皮瓣修复口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后软组织缺损疗效分析

目的：评价颏下动脉岛状皮瓣修复口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后软组织缺损的临床应用效果。方法对12例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后软组织缺损患者采用颏下动脉岛状皮瓣进行修复，并从皮瓣成活率、患者外形及功能的恢复、有无并发症发生、有无复发等方面进行分析评价。结果11例皮瓣完全成活，1例皮瓣远心端局部坏死。全部患者术后功能恢复良好，面部外形满意，颈部瘢痕隐蔽，无下唇外翻、抬头困难、面神经损伤等并发症发生，术后随访1～2年，未发现颈部转移和局部复发。结论颏下动脉岛状皮瓣血供恒定，制备简单，皮瓣柔软，供区隐蔽，是头颈部缺损修复重建的理想选择之一。

Submental artery island flap for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defect following cancer ablation

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the submental artery island flap for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defect following cancer ablation.Methods A consecutive series of 12 patients in whom this recon-struction was performed, was reviewed retrospectively.The results such as flap survival ratio, recovery of facial contour and function, complications and postoperative recurrence were studied.Results In all but one patient, the results were satisfactory with excellent cosmoses and function.One patient had partial flap loss.In all patients, the donor site was satisfactory and there were no complications such as inferior lip eversion, injury of marginal mandibular nerve and head-er difficulty.The patients were followed up 1-2 years and there was no postoperative recurrence of cancer.Conclu-sion The submental artery island flap has the characteristics of minimal donor site morbidity, excellent cosmetic match, pliability, and relative ease of dissection, making it an excellent choice of reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial de-fect.
