电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察电针腰阳关、十七椎二穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将100例腰椎问盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用电针治疗，对照组采用药物治疗。两组均于治疗结束半年后进行疗效随访一次，之后就两组的治疗及随访结果进行汇总分析。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为42．0％和94．0％，对照组分别为22．0％和80．0％，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：半年后随访治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为53．2％和83．0％，对照组分别为20．0％和70．0％，两组治愈率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种有效的方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture at DU3 and EX-B8 as main treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received electroacupuncture and the control group, medication. The therapeutic effect was followed up at 6 months after the completion of treatment in both groups. The results of treatment and follow-up were analyzed in the two groups. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 21.0% and 94.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 22.0% and 80.0%, respectively, in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in both between the two groups （P〈0.05）. A follow-up after 6 months showed that the cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 53.2% and 83.3%, respectively, in the treatment group and 20.0% and 70.0%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Electroacupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
