| 摘 要： | 目的分析2型糖尿病患者尿微量蛋白水平,探讨其在糖尿病肾病发展中的作用。方法选择2型糖尿病患者60例,测尿微量蛋白。结果2型糖尿病患者中有43.2%尿微量蛋白升高。结论尿微量蛋白升高是疾病早期改变对2型糖尿病合并肾病早期诊断早期治疗具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective analysis urine micro protein level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, explore the action of urine micro protein in diabetic nephropathies（DN）. Methods 60 patients of type 2 diabetes measure the urine micro protein. Result In the 60 serum the positive rate of urine micro protein is 43.2%. Conclusion Level of urine micro protein can be take as the index for the early diagnosis in the patients of diabetic nephropathies（ DN ）. |
