| 摘 要： | 为了提高高频心电图诊断心脏疾病的特异性，试图找出一个新的诊断依据，本文对１６例病毒性心肌炎患者高频心电切迹的时程和振幅进行了检测，并与３０例正常人进行对比，发现心肌炎组切迹的时程短于正常组，振幅低于正常组，Ｐ值均小于０．０５，有显著差异；同时对其产生的机理和临床意义进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | To improve the specificity of high frequency ECG(HFECG)in diagnos-ing the heart disease, and to find new diagnostic criteria of it,the duration and amplitude ofHFECG notches of 16 patients with viral myocarditis,and 30 normal subjects were studied.The duration of the HFECG notches of myocarditis group is significantly shorter than that ofnormal group(P< 0.05),and the amplitude of the HFECG notches of myocarditis group issignificantly lower than that of noimal group(P<0.05).In this article,the mechanism of theHFECG notch changes in viral myocarditis and their clinical significance are discussed too. |
