深吸气对剖宫产产妇硬膜外置管的临床效应观察

目的观察深吸气对行剖宫产产妇硬膜外置管的临床效应。方法将120例产妇随机分成两组:Ⅰ组(深吸气组)60例,深吸气时置管;Ⅱ组(平静呼吸组)60例,平静呼吸时置管。分别观察两组血管损伤频率、硬膜外穿刺次数、临床麻醉效果及新生儿Apagar评分。结果深吸气显著降低了血管损伤、减少了硬膜外穿刺次数(P<0.05),两组间麻醉效果及新生儿Apagar评分差异无统计学意义。结论深吸气有助于置管成功并减少了血管损伤,具有临床应用价值。

Clinical significance of deep inspiration in epidural catheterization in parturients undergoing cervical cesarean section

Objective To observe the clinical effect of deep inspiration on lumbar epidural catheterization in parturients undergoing cervical cesarean section.Methods One hundred and twenty parturients under lumbar epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.deep inspiration group(deep inspiration during epidural catheter insertion)and non-deep inspiration group(eupnea during epidural catheter insertion)with 60 cases each.Vessel injury,epidural puncture times,clinical anesthetic effect and neonate Apagar scores were examined.Results Higher vessel injury rates and more epidural puncture times were found in non-deep inspiration group(P<0.05),and no differences in clinical anesthetic effect and neonate Apagar scores were found between the two groups.Conclusion The risk of intravascular placement of a lumbar epidural catheter in the parturients may be reduced with deep inspiration.
