| 摘 要： | 实验在15只氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉的家兔上进行。结果表明,向侧脑室注射新斯的明引起血压升高,心率减慢。此现象可被侧脑室注入阿托品所阻断。且同剂量新斯的明的外周注射不能引起血压升高及心率减慢的现象。上述结果提示,胆碱脂酶抑制剂新斯的明对心血管的影响为中枢效应,通过中枢M受体而起作用。

| Abstract: | The experiments were carried out in 15 urethanechloralose anesthetized rabbits.The. results showed that intracerebroven tricular (icv) injection of neostigmine caused a remarkable increase in blood bressure and remarkable decrease in heart rate, and icv injection of atropine at a dose of 0.3 ug completely blocked the cardiovascular effects, while intrave nous injection of neostigmine at the same dose had no effect on those parametersc, Those results indicate that the cardio-vascular effect of neostigmine may be exerted by central M-re-ceptor. |
