摘    要:目的:检测中国河北省汉族人群D2S1328、D3S1358、D11S2010、D16S310 4个STR位点的群体遗传学数据,探究其在法医学应用中的意义。方法:从河北省无血缘关系汉族个体的抗凝血中提取DNA,进行PCR扩增,变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳分型,银染显色。结果:4个位点基因频率分布均符合Hardy-weinberg平衡,遗传均符合孟德尔遗传规律,呈共显性遗传。4个基因座联合个人识别率(DP)为0.9995,累计多态信息量(PIC)为0.9807。结论:这4个多态位点在中国河北汉族人群中具有良好的多态性,所得到的遗传学数据可用于河北汉族人群法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定及遗传学研究。

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the allele frequencies of four short tandem repeat (STR) in population of Han nationality in Hebei Province and construct a preliminary database. Methods:DNA was extracted with phenol chloroform from samples of the unrelated individuals in Hebei Province and amplified with PCR technique. The PCR product was analyzed with the denatured PAGE vertical electrophoresis and silver staining. Results:The genotype distributions of these four loci were in accordance with Hardy weinberg equilibrium. Family studies confirmed Mendelia inheritance of alleles. The combined values of DP and PIC were 0.999 5 and 0.980 7,respectively. Conclusion:These four loci reveal better polymorphism. The results are suitable for DNA analysis in personal identification and paternity test in Hebei population of Han nationality.
