虾青素对D-半乳糖老龄大鼠骨质影响

摘    要:目的 研究虾青素对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠骨质的影响.方法 用D-半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型,测定青年对照组、致衰老模型组、虾青素组和正常老龄对照组骨常规参数并进行比较分析.结果 致衰老模型组骨密度、骨结构力学参数、生物力学参数、骨钙、镁、锰及羟脯氨酸含量与青年对照组比较有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而骨磷含量、骨和血清碱性磷酸转移酶与青年对照组比较有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);这些变化与正常老龄对照组的变化趋势一致,并比后者变化得更显著.相比之下,虾青素组在上述参数指标与致衰老模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 长期大量摄入D-半乳糖导致大鼠衰老同时可能诱发其发生骨质变化,而虾青素可以预防或降低此类致衰老骨质变化的发生.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of astaxanthin osseous changes in D-galactose-induced rats.Methods To cause aging,Wistar rats were injected with D-galactose for five months.They were randomly divided into four groups,including young control group,model group,astaxanthin group and old control group,whose osseous routine parameters were tested and compared.Results Compared with young group,bone density,structural power parameters of bone,biological power parameters of bone,bone calcium,manganese,magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group,decreased and had statistical significance(P<0.01).However,the content of bone phosphorus,the activity of bone and serum ALP had statistical significance and increased(P<0.01).Those changes of the model group were the same as those of the old control group,but those changes of astaxanthin group significantly differed from the model group.Conclusion The high-does D-galactose can cause aging and osteoporsis at the same time,but astaxanthin can prevent osseous changes induced by D-galactose.
