马来酸桂哌齐特的合成工艺研究

摘    要:目的:对马来酸桂哌齐特合成工艺进行改进。方法:以四氢吡咯和3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸为原料,经过酰化、胺化、氯代、缩合、最后与马来酸成盐等步骤合成马来酸桂哌齐特。结果:所得产物化学结构经核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证,总收率为59.6%;产物纯度经由HPLC法测定含量为99.2%。结论:该合成工艺简便、合理、可行,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To synthesize einepazide maleate by improved method. Method: Cinepazide maleate was synthesized by five steps operation, nafoxidine and 3,4,5,-trimethoxycinnamylic acid were used as starting material. Result: Chemical structure of the product was comfirmed by H-NMR and MS. Total yield was 59.6%. HPLC determined product's contents achieved 99.2%. Conclusion: The operation is suitable for large scale production involving simple reasonable and feasible technique.
