| 摘 要： | 目的观察轮状病毒胃肠炎并发中枢神经系统的损害。方法应用ELISA方法诊断轮状病毒性婴幼儿胃肠炎287例，每例建立档案观察中枢神经系统损害状况。结果287例中并发良性惊厥15例，热惊厥8例，无热惊厥7例，1例存在反复惊厥，并发轻度脑炎2例。治愈后随访1年未发现后遗症。结论轮状病毒性胃肠炎存在并发中枢神经系统损害，但症状较轻，预后多良好。儿科医师要重视，力争早发现、早诊断、早治疗，以减少中枢神经系统损害留存后遗症。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the rotavirus gastroenteritis accompanied by damage of CNS. Methods 287 infants with rotavirus gastroenteritis were diagnosed by ELISA. Each profile cases of damaye to observe the situation of the CNS. Results 15cases in all cases with rotavirus gastroenteritis were benign convulsions, 8 febrile seizure,7 non-febrile seizure, 1 recurrent convulsion ;2 cases were milder encephalitis. To be followed by one year, all eases were health. Conclusion Rotavirus gastroenteritis is a kind of selflimiting disease,it is possible to cause CNS damages, whieh can not be ignored. It is important to be timely finded,diagnosed and cured, so that the CNS damage would have a better prognosis. |
