| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定骨质宁搽剂中盐酸小檗碱含量。方法采用C18柱（6．0mm×150mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．01mol／L磷酸溶液-十二烷基硫酸钠（50：50：0．1）为流动相，流速为0．8mL／min，检测波长为346nm，柱温为32℃。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．208～2．496μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．5％，RSD=1．08％（n=6）。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Guzhining Liniment. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of C18 Column and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L phosnhoric acid-sodium lauryl sulfate （50 ：50：0. 1）with the detection wavelength at 346 nm. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min. The column temperature was 25℃.Results The satisfactory linear of berberine hydrochloride was in the range of 0. 208-2. 496 μg and the average recovery rate was 100.5%, RSD = 1.08%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. |
