| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT相关测量指标对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）上气道狭窄平面判断的临床意义。方法52例无OSAHS者和127例OSAHS患者，清醒状态下自鼻咽顶壁至环状软骨下缘平面螺旋CT平扫，测量软腭后区、悬雍垂区、舌后区、会厌后区4个平面的横截面积、冠状径及矢状径，测量值与环状软骨平面相应测量值的比值作为相对值。无OSAHS者相对值的x-2s作为参考值下限，将OSAHS组与其比较以判断符合率。结果无OSAHS者软腭后区、悬雍垂区、舌后区和会厌后区4个平面的参考值各不相同，且男、女差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。46例无OSAHS者（符合率88．8％）和17例OSAHS患者（符合率13．4％）符合参考值范围，二组符合率有显著性差异。86．6％（110／127）OSAHS患者和11．2％（6／52）无OSAHS者相对值低于参考值下限。结论上气道各平面的参考值有助于判断OSAHS上气道狭窄平面。
