磷酸铝凝胶与法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡病的疗效对比

目的观察奥美拉唑分别合用磷酸铝凝胶与法莫替丁治疗消化性溃疡的近期愈合率和远期复发率。方法将70例经胃镜检查证实的活动性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组，幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性者先行根除HP三联疗法治疗2周，再续用奥美拉唑20mg口服，每日1次。治疗组加用磷酸铝凝胶，对照组加用法莫替丁，均治疗4周。对溃疡愈合的67例患者进行长程治疗，治疗组（37例）口服磷酸铝凝胶20乳每日2次，对照组（33例）口服莫替丁20mg、睡前1次，均用药0．5年，观察溃疡的累计复发率。结果消化性溃疡的近期愈合率治疗组为94．59％，对照组为90．91％；经胃镜证实，半年累计复发率治疗组为16．67％，对照组为29．03％。结论磷酸铝凝胶短程使用可加速溃疡面的愈合，长程治疗可降低消化性渍疡的复发率，值得临床推广。

A Comparative Study on Aluminum Phosphate Gel and Famotidine in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To observe and investigate the curative effect of omeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel and omeprazole combined with famotidine on peptic ulcer. Methods 70 cases of active peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups, aluminum phosphate gel group and famotidine group. Triple therapy was firstly performed to the patients with positive HP for two weeks, then they were assigned to receive oral omeprazole twice daily. The patients in aluminum phosphate gel group were treated with aluminum phosphate gel and the patients in famotidine group were treated with famotidine on the basis of omeprazole for four weeks. Results The healing rate of ulcer in aluminum phosphate gel group and in famotidine group was 94.59% and 90.91%, respectively. Long- term therapy was performed to 67 ulcer healing patients, aluminum phosphate gel group was administered oral aluminum phos- phate gel （20 g twice daily） for six months, and famotidine group was administered oral famotidine （20 mg once before sleeping） for six months. Accumulative recurrence rate of peptic ulcer （tested by endoscopy） was observed. The recurrence rate in aluminum phosphate gel group was 16.67%, and 29.03% in famotidine group. Conclusion Aluminum phosphate gel can promote the healing of oral mucosal ulcer in shortterm usage and reduce the recurrence rate in longterm usage, which can be widely used clinically.
