| 摘 要： | 在当前深入学习实践科学发展观热潮兴起之际，作为基层医院党政主要负责人，作者对“如何落实科学发展观、如何构建和谐医院”这一课题进行了调研和思考。近些年来，结合医院实际，把医院文化建设提高到一个战略高度，2005年，医院提出“和”文化建设，经过几年的探索，取得了很好的经验。

| Abstract: | With the hot waves of in-depth studying scientific development concept, as a party secretary in city level hospital, the author has done some survey with the topic of ＂how to carry out the scientific development concept, how to construct the harmonious hospital＂ . Based on the recent years experience in hospital, hospital culture building has enhanced to a strategic altitude. In 2005, the hospital proposed building harmonious hospital culture and has gained good experience. |
