彩超引导压迫修复股动脉假性动脉瘤

目的：评价在彩超引导下压迫修复股动脉假性动脉瘤的疗效。方法：经股动脉穿刺行造影检查与介入治疗后引起的股动脉假性动脉瘤20例，在彩超引导下以手指压迫股动脉与假性动脉瘤之间的异常通道进行修复，治疗后经彩超跟踪复查评价其疗效。结果：18例压迫修复成功，无并发症及复发；2例压迫后未能完全修复，而手术治疗。结论：彩超引导下压迫修复股动脉假性动脉瘤简便、安全、可靠，可作为首选方法。不适宜作压迫修复治疗者建议选择手术修复。

Repairing the pseudoaneurysms of femoral artery by manual compression under the color Doppler ultrasound guidance

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of repairing the pseudoaneurysms of femoral artery by manual compression under the color doppler ultrasound guidance. Method: Under the guidance of the color doppler ultrasound, 20 cases with femoral artery pseudoaneurysm were treated by manual compression of the abnormal passage between the artery and pseudoaneurysm. All the patients were followed-up and rechecked, the efficacy was evaluated. Result: 18 patients with pseudoaneurysm were repaired successfully by manual compression, all of them had no complication and recurrence. Two patients with pseudoaneurysm were failed, and they were treated by operation finally. Conclusion: Repair the pseudoaneurysms of femoral artery by manual compression under the color doppler ultrasound guidance is a simple, safe and effective method, and it may be the best way to treating femoral artery pseudoaneurysm. If the patient is unsuitable for this therapy, the operation should be choice.
