酒精性股骨头缺血坏死模鼠的血流变及氧自由基代谢特征

摘    要:为了观察酒精性股骨头缺血坏死(越NFH)模鼠的血流变及氧自由基代谢特征,采用酒精灌胃法造模。20周后复制出早期AINFH模型,并进行血流变及氧自由基指标的测定。结果表明AINFH模鼠存在全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、全血低切还原粘度、全血高切还原粘度以及红细胞聚集指数升高的特点;血清SOD活性实验组I比对照组显著下降,而MDA含量实验组I比对照组显著增高。提示酒精中毒导致血液呈高粘滞状态,氧自由基代谢异常,股骨头微循环障碍,促进AINFH的发生。

Abstract:To observethe characteristics of hemorheology and oxygenfree radicals metabolismin model ratsof alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (AINFH) ,early stage of AINFHwas made after 20weeks alcohol induced,and then their indexes of hemorheology and oxygen free radicals were determined.Itwas showed that there was an increase of whole blood lowand high viscosity,plasma viscosity, whole bloodlowand high shear reverting viscosity,and aggregationindex of RBC. The activity of serumSOD decreased,and the concentration of MDAincreased significantlyin experi mental group compared with control group. Allof these indicate that alcoholisminduces blood hyperviscosity, metabolic disorder of oxygen free radicals ,andmicrocirculation disturbance of the femoral head, which can cause AINFH.
