急性颅脑损伤患者血糖、尿素水平的动态变化及其意义

目的:研究急性颅脑损伤患者血糖、尿素水平的动态变化及其意义。方法:随机抽取132例急性颅脑损伤患者和100例健康者进行血糖、尿素动态监测,并作对比分析。结果:急性颅脑损伤患者血糖、尿素均有不同程度升高,且与死亡率呈正相关;血糖、尿素水平愈高,病情愈严重,预后不良。结论:血糖、尿素水平动态监测可作为颅脑损伤严重程度的敏感指标,对疗效观察和预后评估具有重要意义。

Dynamic Changes and Significance of Blood Glucose and Urea in Patients with Acute Craniocerebral Injury

Objective:To explore the dynamic changes and significance of blood glucose and urea in patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Methods:132 caces of acute craniocerebral injury patients and 100 caces of healthy controls were randomly chosen for dynamic surveillance and comparison of the levels of serum glucose and urea.Results:The levels of blood glucose and urea were higher significantly and were positively correlated with death rate,the higher the levels of blood glucose and urea,the more serious the patients condition,and the worse the prognosis.Conclusion:Monitoring levels of blood glucose and urea can be uesd as sensitive markers in the diagnosis of patitent's condition severity,and have important significance for clinical efficacy research and prediction of prognosis of acute craniocerebral injury.
