负压穿刺改良术联合薄荷醇在小儿头皮静脉穿刺中的应用

目的 探讨负压穿刺改良术联合薄荷醇新型无痛消毒液应用于小儿头皮静脉穿刺中的临床效果.方法 将300例需静脉输液的患儿随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各150例.对照组采取常规小儿头皮静脉穿刺,实验组采取负压穿刺改良术联合薄荷醇新型无痛消毒液应用于小儿头皮静脉穿刺.比较两组穿刺时患儿疼痛的程度及一次穿刺的成功率.结果 实验组与对照组对穿刺时疼痛评分为0分的分别j为：85.3％,6.7％,两组患儿对穿刺时疼痛评分比较,有显著性差异（P＜0.01）;实验组和对照组一次性小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率分别为96.7％和76.7％,两组患儿穿刺一次成功率比较,有显著性差-异-（P＜0.01）.结论 负压穿刺改良术联合薄荷醇新型无痛消毒液缓解患几静脉穿刺时的疼痛效果明显,小儿头皮静脉穿刺一次性成功率高,值得临床推广.

Negative Pressure Improved Puncture Technique Combined Menthol in the Application of the Pediatric Scalp Vein Puncture

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of pediatric scalp vein puncture catheterization suction penetration improved joint menthol. Methods 300 cases who needed intravenous infusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 150 cases in each group. The control group adopted the method of conventional pediatric scalp vein puncture. The experimental group took nega- tive pressure improved puncture technique combined menthol new painless disinfectant application without scalp vein puncture. The pain de- gree and success rate of a puncture of puncture in the two groups were compared. Results 0 piont in piercing pain score in the experimental group and the control group was 85.3% and 6. 67% respectively. The comparison of the piercing pain scores in the two groups had signifi- cant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Disposable pediatric scalp vein puncture success rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96. 7% and 76. 7%. The comparison of puncture success rate in the two groups had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The effect of puction penetration improved joint menthol new painless disinfectant to relieve the patient of pain during veni- puncture is obvious. Pediatric scalp vein puncture one -time success rate is high, and is worth popularizing clinical care.
