硬化剂联合钛夹在血管畸形所致消化道出血的止血效果观察

目的 探讨硬化剂联合钛夹在血管畸形所致消化道出血的止血临床效果.方法 将急诊内镜确诊为血管畸形致使消化道出血的52例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组,每组各26例.对照组患者经由内镜下进行钛夹夹闭,观察组患者在对照组患者基础上经由内镜于病灶附近及黏膜下注射1％聚桂醇,观察两组患者的近远期疗效及并发症情况.结果 观察组和对照组近期治疗有效率为96.2％和76.9％,1年内再出血率为3.8％和26.9％,2年内再出血率为7.7％和30.8％,均P＜0.05,观察组的并发症率及手术率均低于对照组.结论 硬化剂联合钛夹在血管畸形所致下消化道出血近远期疗效均优于单独采用钛夹夹闭,值得推广.

Hemostasis Efficacy of Hardener Joint Titanium Clips in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Bleeding Caused by Vascular Malformations

Objective To explore hemostasis efficacy of hardener joint titanium clips in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by vascular malformations. Methods 52 patients gastrointestinal bleeding caused by vascular malformations diagonozed by emergency endoscopic were divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 26 patients in each group. The control group patients were clipped by titanium clips, and the treatment group were injected 1% lauromacrogol in the vicinity of lesions and submucosal on the basis of the control group. Results The recent therapy effective rate in the bservation group and control group was 96.2% vs 76.9%, 1 year rebleeding rate was 3.8% vs 26.9%, and 2 years rebleeding rate was 7.7% vs 30.8%, P 〈0.05. Complication and surgical rate in observation group was lower than the control group. Conclusion The recent and long - term effects of hardener joint titanium clips in the treat- ment of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by vascular malformations is better than titanium clips method. It is worth promoting.
