标准化出院流程在产科病房管理中的应用效果评价

目的 探讨将出院流程标准化对管理产科病房的应用效果.方法 将2011年产科患者的出院环节作为对照组,孕妇产后按照传统出院流程出院;2012年产科患者的出院环节作为观察组,孕妇按照标准化流程出院,比较两组患者出院的平均时间,并对患者满意度进行调查.结果 实行出院流程标准化之后,产科出院平均耗时明显缩短,患者的满意度也明显提高,与对照组比较具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 将产科出院流程标准化可以缩短患者出院耗时,提高护理工作效率,更有益于病房的管理.

Standard Discharge Evaluation Process in the Management of Obstetric Ward

Objective To investigate the application effect of process standardization management in obstetric ward. Methods Pregnant women postpartum according to traditional discharge flow discharge in 2011 were selected as the control group, and pregnant women according to the standardization of process discharge in 2012 as the observation group, detailed records and the average time were compared between two groups of patients discharged from the hospital, and a survey of patient satisfaction was made. Results After the implementation of discharged process standardization, obstetric patients discharged from the average time was shortened obviously, the patient＇s satis- faction were significantly increased, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The obstetric discharge process standardization can shorten the discharge time, improve nursing work efficiency, and is more beneficial to the ward management.
