血清 AFU 检测诊断原发性肝癌的意义

目的 探讨血清水平在原发性肝癌（PHC）临床诊断中的应用价值.方法 经确诊的50例PHC患者列入研究组,肝功能指标正常的健康者50例列入对照组,均取空腹血分离血清行α-L-岩藻糖苷酶（AFU）和甲胎蛋白（AFP）水平检测,比较两组AFU阳性率、AFP阳性率及AFU＋ AFP阳性率情况.结果 研究组AFU阳性率84％,AFP阳性率66％,AFU＋ AFP阳性率92％,明显高于对照组,经比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 血清AFU水平检测对于诊断PHC具有较好的效果,较AFP阳性率高,二者联合检测可获得更高的阳性率.

Significance of Serum AFU Detection and Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To explore the application value of the clinical diagnosisof serum levels in primary hepatocellular carcinoma （PHC）. Methods The PHC diagnosed 50 patients were selected as the study group, 50 cases of liver function normal healthy were selected as the control group, fasting blood serum was separated, AFU and alpha- fetoprotein （AFP） level was detected, and the positive rates of AFU positive, AFP positive rate and AFU ＋ AFP positive rate were compared. Results AFU positive rate was 84%, AFP positive rate was 66%, AFU ＋ AFP positive rate was 92% in the study group, which were significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion Serum levels of detection for the diagnosis of PHC AFU have good results, and have higher positive rate compared with AFP. But the combined detection can get higher positive rates.
