关节镜下缝合修复半月板损伤

目的探讨膝关节镜下半月板缝合修复的临床效果。方法对2010年1月至2012年12月诊断为半月板撕裂损伤的29例患者行关节镜下半月板缝合修复,并进行随访及回顾性分析。结果 29例患者均顺利完成半月板缝合修复手术,平均缝合手术时间40 min,随访6～18个月进行评估,所有患者绞锁症状消失,疼痛缓解,按照Lysholm评分,术前（49.4±8.7）分,术后（92.6±5.3）分,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜下缝合修复半月板损伤可获得满意的疗效,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Treatment for meniscus injury by arthroscope

Objective To observe the clinical effect of meniscus suture under arthroscopy. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012, 29 patients suffering from meniscus injury were performed with meniscus suture under arthroscopy. All patients had been followed up postoperatively, and the repair effects were reviewed and analyzed. Results Arthroscopic meniscal suture was successful in all the patients. The average operation time was 40 minutes. All patients were followed up for 6 - 18 months postoperatively, the pain released and the interlocked symptom of arthrosis disappeared. Lysholm scale of the knee joint function ： pre-operation （49. 4± 8.7） points, postoperation （92. 6 ± 5.3） points, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The arthroscopic meniscal suture technique is an ideal method for the treatment of meniscus injuries.
