白内障术后药物性角膜病变的临床分析

目的分析白内障术后药物性角膜病变发生的相关因素与联系。方法对焦作市人民医院眼科收治的82例（101眼）白内障术术后使用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液诱发药物性角膜病变的患者进行临床回顾性研究。观察患者药物性角膜病变的情况、表现及既往基础病等。结果药物性角膜病变造成的临床表现主要有流泪、畏光及视力模糊等,进行眼科检查可发现存在点状角膜糜烂、角膜上皮混浊、角膜基质浸润等情况。其中原发性高血压、糖尿病及年龄因素是造成药物性角膜病变最常见的因素（P〈0.05）。药源性病变组视力恢复时间虽较多,但仍可在治疗后得到明显恢复。结论白内障术后需要重视药物性角膜病变的发生,对于既往有原发性高血压、糖尿病者以及老年患者需要格外重视。

Clinical analysis of drug corneal lesions after cataract surgery

Objective To analyze the factors concerned and links of drug toxic keratopathy after cataract surgery. Methods Aretrospective study was conducted to analyze 82 cases（101 eyes）who got drug toxic Keratopathy by using tobramycin dexam-ethasone eye drops after cataract surgery. The patients’pathological change situation,performance and foundation disease eas observed. Results Clinical manifestations of drug corneal lesions mainly ineluded tears,photophobia and blurred vision. Eye examinations could found dot debaucjed of corneal opacity,corneal epithelium,corneal stromal infiltration,and so on. Hyperten-sion,diabetes and aging were the most common factors which causing drug corneal lesions（P 〈 0. 05）. Though vision recovery time of medicine source disease group was longer,it can still be recovered significantly after treatment. Conclusion The occur-rence of drug toxic keratopathy should be paid attention after cataract surgery,especially for those patients with hypertension,diabetic and elderly age.
