自动痔疮套扎联合外切术与传统手术治疗混合痔的疗效观察

目的 对比自动痔疮套扎联合外切术与传统手术治疗混合痔的临床疗效.方法 选择75例混合痔患者,随机分组,治疗组行自动痔疮套扎联合外切术,对照组行传统手术.结果 治疗组临床有效率优于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组创面愈合时间、并发症率、复发率少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用自动痔疮套托联合外切术治疗混合痔具有安全、有效、快速等优点,可在临床推广应用.

Observation of Automatic Hemorrhoids Ligation Combined with External Resection Surgery and Traditional Operation in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To compare the automatic hemorrhoids ligation combined with external resection and traditional operation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 75 cases with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group, automatic hemor- rhoid sleeve joint and resection, while the control group received traditional operation. Results The treatment group clinical efficiency is better than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; treatment group, the wound healing time, complications and recurrence rate are less than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The automatic hemorrhoids ligation combined with external cutting advantages for mixed hemor- rhoids is safe, effective and fast, and can be worthy of clinical application.
