心理疏导与药物治疗在中青年精神分裂患者中的应用价值

目的探讨心理疏导联合药物治疗对中青年精神分裂的临床疗效。方法选取2012年5月至2014年7月于开封市第五人民医院住院治疗的精神分裂症患者104例,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别实施药物治疗及联合心理疏导治疗,对比分两组患者治疗前后PANSS评分、BPRS评分的变化以及治疗效果,不良反应的发生情况。结果经过10周治疗,观察组的各维度得分及BPRS总分均较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）;观察组的SANS评分较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）,而NOSIE评分显著升高（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗有效率为94.23%,较对照组（78.85%）显著升高（P〈0.05）;此外,对于不良反应的发生,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论心理疏导联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂症具有良好的临床疗效,安全可靠,可在临床广泛应用。

Value of psychological counseling combined with drug treatment for young schizophrenic

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of psychological counseling combined with drug therapy on young schizophrenic. Methods From May 2012 to July 2014,104 cases of schizophrenia were selected in our hospital and then ran-domly divided into control group and observation group,the patients receiving drug therapy and drug combined with psychothera-py treatment. PANSS score,BPRS score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 10 weeks of treatment,the dimensions scores and the BPRS total score of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）;SANS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）,while NOSIE scores were significantly higher（P 〈 0. 05）;the effective rate of observation group was 94. 23% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（78. 85% ）（P 〈 0. 05）;in addition,the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups has no significant difference（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological counseling com-bined with drug for young schizophrenia have good clinical efficiency,which is safe and reliable,and can be widely used in clini-cal practice.
