| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双相络和滴定法测定新洁尔灭含量的影响因素。方法：检测和比较加入九种化合物后新洁尔灭含量测定结果的变化。结果：戊二醛、甲醛、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、草酸、苯酚、亚硝酸钠对测定结果无影响，醋酸洗必泰存在正干扰。结论：双相络和滴定法不适合用于含有醋酸洗必泰的复方消毒剂中季铵盐的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the affecting factors of benzalkonium bromide content determined value by two phase complexometric titration method.Methods:We added nine compounds to benzalkonium bromide solution separately,examined and compared the variability of benzalkonium bromide content determined value.Results:Glutaraldehyde,formaldehyde,ethanol,1-propanol,isopropanol,oxalic acid,phenol and sodium nitrite had no influence.Chlorhexidini acetas had positive interference.Conclusion:Two phase complexometric titration method is not applicable to the quaternary ammonium salts compound disinfectants contained chlorhexidini acetas. |
