| 摘 要： | 胎粪污染羊水并不一定代表胎儿缺氧的存在,只有极小一部分会发展为胎粪吸入综合征。所以,探讨污染的羊水是否干预产科临床处理时,医生应综合考虑胎儿监护、头皮血pH值及病人的意愿等,从而决定进一步的分娩方式。

| Abstract: | Meconium-stained amniotic fluid may not be associated with chronic fetal hypoxia,and only a small percentage may develop meconium aspiration syndrome(MAS).Therefore,to determine whether amniotic fluid(MSAF)should affect obstetrical interventions,clinicians should take fetal heart rate pattern,scalp blood pH value,and patient's inclination into account,and then decide further treatments. |
