含卷曲霉素方案治疗耐多药肺结核效果观察

目的：探讨合静脉滴注卷曲霉素方案对耐多药肺结核患者的治疗效果。方法：采用含卷曲霉素、结核清、氧气沙星、复合利福平及吡嗪酰胺等抗结核药物方案对耐多药肺结核患者进行治疗。结果：７８例耐多药肺结核患者三个月强化期结束时痰菌阴转率５８．９７％，治疗一年全疗程结束时痰菌阴转率为６６．６７％，空洞闭合率４１．３８％，病灶Ｘ线好转率９６．２０％，不良反应率１７．７％。结论：含静脉滴注卷曲霉素的化疗方案对耐多药肺结核患者疗效较为显著，同时减少了肌肉注射卷曲霉素同时的局部硬结、疼痛，患者易于接受，是一组较好的耐多药肺结核患者临床治疗方案。

Effect of the multi-drug resistant tuberculosis treated by regimen containing capreomycin

Objective: To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy regimen with Capreomycin Sulfate injected by intravenous dripon multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The tuberculosis of multi-drug resistance were treated with capre-omycin, pasinizide, ofloxacin, rifampin compound and pyrazinamide for one year. Results: The rate of sputum negative conver-sion was 58.97% and 66.67% at the three months and the end of treatment course respectively. The rate of closing cavity was41.38%. Conclusion: Capreomycin was an effective drug injected by intravenous drip for pulmonary tuberculosis with multi-drug resistance. But the pain and lump were avoided in the injecting spots of skin. The acceptability was increased for the pa-tients.
