| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜探查术治疗胆总管结石的手术方法及其微创意义。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年7月150例胆总管结石运用腹腔镜胆总管探查、胆道镜取石的临床资料。结果成功实施了腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术147例,成功率为98.0%。术中取尽结石142例,结石取尽率为96.6%,术后发生并发症13例,并发症发生率为8.8%,全组无死亡病例。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石具有创伤小、恢复快的优点,是胆总管结石治疗的标准术式。
