| 摘 要： | 目的探寻更为完善的上颌窦囊肿的手术方法。方法对32例(36侧)上颌窦囊肿在鼻内镜下经扩大的上颌窦窦口，采用射频热凝治疗。4例(4侧)为黏液囊肿，其他为潴留囊肿。术后分别随访8-57个月。结果36侧全部治愈，无复发，亦无其他并发症。结论鼻内镜下射频治疗上颌窦囊肿是一种微创、简便、安全和有效的方法，它可避免传统手术所致的创伤和并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the optimal surgical method of the maxillary sinus cyst. Methods: By employing radiofrequency thermocoagulation, 32 cases (36 sides) of the maxillary sinus cyst were removed under nasal endoscope through the enlarged natural ostium of the maxillary sinus. 4 cases (4 sides) were mucocele and others were retention cyst. The time of follow-up ranged from 8 to 57 months postoperatively. Results: All the 36 sides were cured. There were no recurrence and the other complications. Conclusions: Using radiofrequency under nasal endoscope to treat the maxillary sinus cyst might be a minimally invasive, simple, safe and effective method and could avoid the trauma and complications, which were caused by the traditional surgical approach. |
