胶质瘤患者血清IGFBP-2的临床意义

目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2（IGFBP-2）在胶质瘤患者血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法健康体检者（对照组）20例,胶质瘤患者74例,其中Ⅳ级26例,Ⅲ级14例,Ⅱ级27例,Ⅰ级7例。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血清IGFBP-2的浓度。结果胶质瘤Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级组浓度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,Ⅳ级组浓度高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级组（P〈0.05）;Ⅳ级胶质瘤中,随着肿瘤的增大,IGFBP-2浓度不断增加;复发性肿瘤组IGFBP-2浓度显著高于未复发组（P〈0.05）。结论监测血清IGFBP-2浓度对判断胶质瘤病变性质、恶性程度及复发具有一定的临床意义。

Significance of Serum Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-2 in Glioma

Objective To investigate the expression of serum insulin-like growth factor binding protein-2 （IGFBP-2） in the glioma patients and its clinical significance.Methods The Concentration of Serum IGFBP-2 was tested byenzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 20 healthy controls,and 74 cases of glioma（grade Ⅳ 26,grade Ⅲ 14,grade Ⅱ 27 and grade Ⅰ 7）.Results Serum IGFBP-2 concentration in gliomas of grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of the controls（P 0.05）,that of grade Ⅳ were hiagher than those of the grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ （P 0.05） ;As the lesion increases,the IGFBP-2 concentrations continuously increased in grade Ⅳ gliomas;The serum IGFBP-2 level of patients with glioma relapse was higher than that in patients without relapse（P 0.05）.Conclusion The detection of IGFBP-2 concentration was beneficial for judging nature and malignant degree and relapse.
