| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)的变化及临床意义.方法 RA患者45例健康体检者40例(对照组)采用终点散射比浊法测定血清胱抑素C(CysC),采用全自动生化分析仪测定血肌酐(Scr),并计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr).结果 RA组患者CysC浓度高于对照组,Ccr低于对照组(P均＜0.05)....

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of serum cystatin c（CysC）in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis（RA）.Methods The serum levels of CysC were detected by fixed-time nephelometric immunoassay and,and the serum creatinine（Scr）in 40 healthy controls were buy routine biochemistry assay,creatinine clearance（Ccr）was calculated.Results The serum level of CysC in RA was significantly higher than that of healthy group,and the serum level of Ccr was lower than that of healthy group（P0.05）.Conclusion The measurement of CysC is helpful in the valuation of patients with RA of early renal damage,there is a rise in blood concentration of CysC in early stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis. |
